Mainland China and Macau are still on FTX's list of jurisdictions with no distribution provider. Transfer your claim to us and we do the collecting: you get 75% of every FTX distribution, paid in USDT or USDC to your own wallet.

FTX的常见问题写明：债权人如在2026年7月31日分配日起六个月内仍未完成分配服务商开户（客户门户第8步），“可能丧失”该债权的分配权。FTX同时表示，分配服务商无法服务的地区，分配将“推迟至以后发放”。这两条规则如何适用于中国大陆的债权人，FTX至今没有说明。
FTX's FAQ says that a holder who has not onboarded with a distribution service provider (step 8 of the customer portal) within six months of the 31 July 2026 distribution date “may forfeit their right to receive distributions”. FTX also says that where no provider can serve a jurisdiction, the distribution “will be deferred to a later date”. FTX has not said how the two rules apply to creditors in mainland China.

转让在法院登记后，我们以USDT或USDC支付认可金额的5%。这笔钱不从您的75%中扣除。
Once the court records the transfer, we pay you 5% of the allowed amount in USDT or USDC. It does not come out of your 75%.
此后FTX每次分配，独立的收款代理在10个工作日内把其中75%以USDT或USDC付到您自己的钱包，并提供收款账户的对账单。
After that, an independent collection agent pays you 75% of every FTX distribution within 10 business days, in USDT or USDC to your own wallet, with the collection account's statements.
不收任何费用，您不需要预付任何款项。
We charge nothing, and you never pay anything in advance.

These terms are indicative and are not an offer. Any deal is made only by a written agreement signed by both sides.
流程How it works
- 发来FTX客户门户的截图：认可金额、KYC状态、已领取的分配，以及是否有分配被标注为没收。截图不需要包含密码或任何登录信息。
- Send us screenshots from the FTX Customer Portal: allowed amount, KYC status, distributions received, and whether any distribution is marked as forfeited. They don't need to show any password or login details.
- 我们核对法院登记后，把债权转让协议发给您。您可以请自己的律师审阅。
- Once we have checked the court register, we send you the assignment agreement. Your own lawyer can review it.
- 双方签署后，转让依美国破产规则3001(e)向法院登记，可在Kroll公开的债权登记上查到。
- After we both sign, the transfer is recorded with the court under US Bankruptcy Rule 3001(e). You can see it on Kroll's public claims register.
- 登记生效后，我们以USDT或USDC支付认可金额的5%。
- Once the transfer takes effect, we pay you 5% of the allowed amount in USDT or USDC.
- 此后FTX每次分配到账，独立的收款代理在10个工作日内把其中75%付到您的钱包。
- After that, within 10 business days of each FTX distribution, the independent collection agent pays 75% of it to your wallet.

为什么我领不到分配？Why can't I collect?
中国大陆和澳门在FTX公布的“无法选择分配服务商”地区名单上（该名单最近更新于2026年11月）。这些地区的债权人无法在客户门户中完成第8步。
Mainland China and Macau are on FTX's published list of jurisdictions where no distribution service provider can be selected (the list was last updated in November 2026). Creditors there can't complete step 8 in the customer portal.
为什么付USDT或USDC？Why USDT or USDC?
稳定币直接付到您自己掌控的钱包地址，不经过任何中间账户。具体币种和网络在协议中约定。
Stablecoins go straight to a wallet address you control, with no intermediary account. The coin and network are set in the agreement.
